Stresslr: Developed by BC Children’s Hospital, Stresslr is a free web app for children ages 9 to 11, to help navigate stress and develop healthy strategies to implement in their daily lives.
BounceBack: Free skill-building program designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression, anxiety, stress or worry; delivered online or over the phone with a coach.
Crisis Centre BC: An organization dedicated to be present for those who need crisis support, suicide prevention, and postvention. Their Distress Services program provides support to vulnerable individuals across British Columbia, offering services through our 24/7 distress phone lines and online chat services between 12pm and 1am.

Strategies to help you take care of your mental health and use substances in healthier ways, find the information you need to manage mental health and substance use problems, and learn how you can support a loved one.
BC Children’s Mental Health Services: Services for children and youth who are experiencing severe mental and emotional distress or serious psychiatric symptoms. All of their services are covered under the medical services plan (MSP) and are for those who live in British Columbia (BC) and the Yukon. These services are not for people in crisis.
Foundry: Offers young people ages 12-24 health and wellness resources, services and supports – online and through integrated service centres in communities across BC.
BC Government’s Virtual Support: Virtual services are available for British Columbians who are experiencing anxiety, depression or other mental health challenges.
